There are two different ways for an operator to create packages within GoTo HUB

  1. As a Distributor: You can combine several different products into fixed packages. This option is also available if you are a Supplier and wish to combine your own products with other offerings available in the GoTo HUB Marketplace. The packaging module is free of charge when you package products together with a 3rd party products. The technical and legal framework is included in both the Supplier and Distributor agreements.

  2. As an Operator with multiple products: If you wish to use GoTo HUB as your primary packaging tool—both technically and legally (including Travel Guarantees) —we offer this for a monthly fee of 1,000 SEK/NOK/DKK and a 6% booking fee. This price includes the technical setup for managing multiple products simultaneously as well as the required travel guarantees.

Create a package in minutes

  • Choose products from the GoTo HUB

    Building packages is quick since the products are already available in the GoTo HUB. Filter, search and then Drag & Drop them into a package. Suppliers can give consent to who can package them and if any discounts should apply.

  • Plan and describe the package

    Based on the availabilities of the products in the package you can easily Drag & Drop the right product at the right time. Choosing the date range, length of package and other settings is also done in this stage.

  • Customers can book instantly

    In minutes you can distribute your package online to end customers. When a booking is made each supplier is instantly notified of the booking. The booking is done according to the Scandinavian Package Travel legalisation.

Key functions

    • Filtering function to find products based on supplier / area / date period

    • Drag & Drop function to choose products

    • Possibility for multiple hotels / activities in one package

    • Choose length of package (ex 3 day package)

    • Choose possible start days for package

    • Drag & Drop products into package planner on desired date & time (each products availibility will determine where its possible to add)

    • If a product has multiple start times in one day you can choose to give the customer flexibility in choosing which one

    • Describe the package with a description, full description and highlights

    • Add video or pictures to package description

    • Picture gallery from each individual product can easily be added into package description

    • Add tags of benefits to your package

    • Day to day itinerary will be auto generatade based on your package planner.

    • Package availability is subject to availability of each individual product within the package. Ex, A package runs between 1-30 september with hotel A and activities B and C. If activity C is not available for one of the dates then the package for that date will not be bookable.

    • Pricing is sourced from each individual product. The price of the package containing product A, B and C will be A+B+C = Package Price

    • Each product supplier can give consent to someone to let them package their product in a certain period. Each supplier can also set a discount when they are part of a package.

    • If a package supplier is connected to GoTo HUB via a system integration the availability and pricing will be updated according to the function of that integration.

    • A package can be marketed and booked via a booking page

    • Simple and intuitive bookingflow in a pop-up

    • Customer can choose package from list or calendar view

    • If additional roomtypes are available for a hotel a customer can simply upgrade

    • Payment is done via major credit cards, Apple Pay or Google Pay

    • Customer receives booking confirmation via email including day by day itinerary view
